New Hampshire Divorce Settlement Agreement
This Divorce Settlement Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into by and between ___________________ (hereinafter referred to as "Party 1") and ___________________ (hereinafter referred to as "Party 2"), collectively referred to as the "Parties," and outlines the agreement that the Parties have reached concerning the dissolution of their marriage.
WHEREAS, the Parties were married on ___________________, in the state of New Hampshire and, due to certain irreconcilable differences, they have agreed to live separately and apart, divorcing under the jurisdiction of New Hampshire law; and
WHEREAS, the Parties wish to resolve all issues related to their marriage dissolution, including but not limited to property division, debt allocation, spousal support, and if applicable, child support, custody, and visitation, in a manner mutually agreed upon;
RECITALS
This Agreement is based on the following recitals:
- A divorce petition has been filed with a New Hampshire court of competent jurisdiction, or will be filed promptly following the execution of this Agreement.
- The Parties have disclosed to each other all assets, liabilities, income, and expenses.
- The Parties have reached an agreement voluntarily, without any duress or undue influence.
- The Parties believe this Agreement to be fair and reasonable under the circumstances.
TERMS OF AGREEMENT
